Edible & Medicinal Plant Walk

We'll walk through meadow, old field woodland, and mature while identifying a range of edible and medicinal plants (and maybe a few mushrooms!). I enourage people to use ALL their senses in plant identification and so we'll touch, smell, and even taste a few.  I throw in some local natural history and ecology as well - whether you're a lifelong Islander or recent arrival, you'll learn new things about PEI!

This site is hilly terrain with some exposed roots on the slopes. and the event goes rain or shine (within reason!). Wear appropriate footwear and dress for the weather.  Cost is $40 per person and registration is now open via this link.
